Men nästan alla som skrev saker skrev fortfarande attt Bun B var den intressanta rösten i UGK och Shawty Lo var ingen en kunde lyssna på utanför klubben.
Jag hade börjat lyssna på UGK nån gång medan Pimp C fortfarande var inlåst, och chockats över hur mycket Pimp C dominerade ljudbilden och hur ofta jag tänkte att denna <<Bun B-vers behöver jag aldrig höra igen ändå>>. Jag mnns också tydligt exakt när jag insåg att jag gillade Shawty Lo som rappare. Här:
