– För att jag älskar att slösa min och andra människors tid. Gärna om det går att kombinera med att tränga in femton chipsätande galningar på min soffa. Men om jag ska vara allvarlig så handlar det om två saker. Först handlar det om min kärlek till spel, för mig har spel varit en räddning. Det har varit mitt sätt att koppla av när jag nästan gått under av stress, och det har skänkt mig så mycket nöje över åren. Det handlar också om hur världen och kulturen kring och i spel kan vara exkluderande. Jag, och de andra som hjälper till att arrangera Spelskapet, vill visa att det inte behöver vara så. Vi kommer göra vad vi kan för att få bra representation bland spelare, gäster och även i spelen. Jag vill att så många som möjligt ska kunna ta del av spelen jag älskar.
Hur valde du vad du skulle skänka pengarna till?
– Jag samtalade med andra och tog in en rad olika förslag. Just tjej- och kvinnojourer är oftast överbelastade, har ont om resurser och svårt att hinna med detta otroligt viktiga arbete som de utför. Jag landade i Terrafem för att de sticker ut lite från andra jourer och att de har haft det väldigt tufft, de behöver verkligen all hjälp de kan få.
Vilka spel kommer ni köra?
– Det kommer vara allt ifrån moderna fightingspel till visual novels, åttabitsklassiker och skräckspel. Några av spelen på listan är Gone Home, Amnesia, Long Live The Queen, Wolfenstein: The New Order och Super Contra. Vi kommer kommer även ha ett simulatorblock där vi spelar Goat Simulator, Surgeon Simulator och Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Vad är du mest orolig för inför sändningen? Tekniken? Joltcolatillgången?
– Jag har testat tekniken och kommer fortsätta testa den innan det är dags för strömmen så det ska förhoppningsvis fungera som det ska. Sen vet man aldrig om strömmen går eller internet plötsligt dör, men jag håller tummarna för att vi slipper det. Jolt Cola är lite svårt att få tag i, och jag har ingen kaffekokare hemma så koffeintillgången kan bli ett rejält problem. Jag får försöka hitta en lösning på det.
Sist, men inte minst, om du var en spelkaraktär, vem skulle du vara då (gärna ställt i relation till vem du skulle VILJA vara)?
– Vi är alla goombas i kampen mellan Mario och Bowser. Men jag skulle gärna vilja vara Megaman, inte nog med att han har massa coola verktyg som kan hjälpa honom lösa problem, han kan när som helst få fram en hund att klappa och gosa med också.
