The European leg of the tour has finally started! Tonight, Rihanna performed in Amsterdam. Here are some highlights/moments from the show:

To show her support to the LGBT community and the victims of the Orlando shooting she changed the colors during some of her songs.

Like the U.S leg, she starts the show of by singing Stay on her walk (through the audience) to stage B:

From what we’ve heard, the setlist hasn’t changed one bit. The glass bridge and stage B were still there and she had the same outfits, but with a change of hair color. DJ Mustard was set to perform before Big Sean but his flight got delayed so he couldn’t make it. Instead he joined Sean on stage upon arrival.

Now, look at how greeeeeaaat the Amsterdam Navy looks:

Yaaaaaaasssss!!! The video for This Is What You Came For is finally here! And we love it.

It’s almost been five years since the two collaborated with their smashing hit We Found Love and now it was time for another EDM hit with influences from house music. The song, written by Calvin himself and Nils Sjöberg, was released via radio stations on April 29th. The song debuted at number 9 on Billboard Hot 100, becoming Rihanna’s 28th top 10 hit, surpassing Stevie Wonder and making her the forth artist with the most top 10 hits of all time. The song is currently number 7 on the BH100.

The video for This Is What You Came For features Rihanna in an open box in the middle of nowhere with images projected on the inside walls. We see Rihanna dancing in the forest, the desert and at a party all by herself while looking absolutely adorable. The video is directed by Emil Nava, a music video director that has been working several times with Harris before and other artists such as Selena Gomez, Ed Sheeran, Tove Lo, Alesso, Ne-Yo and Jessie J. However, this is the first time he collaborates with RiRi.

It’s finally time for the moment we’ve all been waiting for….. ANTI WORLD TOUR HITS EUROPE!

ANTITourTwitter

ANTI World Tour has been AMAZING so far. Rihanna has been giving us outstanding performances of her new songs, a mindblowing photoshoot, fashionable outfits and a GREAT setlist. But I think the best part of this tour has been us coming closer to Rih. She’s taken fans backstage several times during this tour and recognized tons of them in the audience. A real queen.

It’s been very exciting seeing this from across the ocean but right now it’s FINALLY time for us to watch this legend perform. Rihanna kicks off her first show in Amsterdam this friday (!!!!!!) at Amsterdam Arena. She’s been there for a couple days now with the crew to rehearse.

INFO about the European tour: With 32 shows in Europe Rihanna will perform with Big Sean and DJ Mustard for the first 21 shows. After that Big Sean will join her for some more shows (Martin Garrix and David Guetta for festivals). The Weeknd was set to perform with her during the entire European tour but got cancelled a couple weeks ago.

From the beginning, the European tour was gonna start on June 11th in Amsterdam but got postponed to the 17th due technical issues. A couple more shows (in the UK) also got postponed due to this and two of them got cancelled (Sunderland and Cardiff). Since the announcement of the tour, Rih has also added some new dates to it, for example Malmö in Sweden on August 2nd.

The setlist from the North American shows is set to look the same during this leg of the tour. However, Rih chose to remove ”Pose” during several shows in the US making us believe we won’t hear it anymore. A fan from France asked her about this in a DM a couple weeks ago though where she answered we (European navy) will hear it. So there’s still hope.

Fans have also discussed if Rih is gonna add new songs to the setlist or not. For example ”This Is What You Came For”, ”Too Good” or Nothing Is Promised. Guess we’re just gonna have to wait and see!

It’s time for a new fragrance by Rihanna! The perfume named ”Crush by Rihanna” is the second fragrance in her ”RiRi-trilogy-collection” (in fact, every fragrance she has made has been part of a trilogy). It’s said to be mysteriously sexy, set to make you feel unapologetic, strong and confident. Sensual woody notes paired with red fruits and pink musk makes for a fun and feminine twist. Nostrils getting in formation.

The scent is a collaboration between Rihanna and perfumer Natasha Cote from Givaudan and will be available at Macy’s, macys.com and other fine retailers starting August 2016. Prices run from $60 to $20 depending depending on size and yeah, Rih designed the bottle herself.

How did you get into Rihanna?
Truthfully I like a lot of celebrities but no one compares to Rihanna. I feel like I connect to her on a different level where as everyone else sometimes are temporary or because they are what’s hot right now. I’ve loved Rihanna from the beginning and feel like I’ve grown up with her and she’s helped me with my confidence so much. I used to think that I was ugly (sometimes I still do) lol, but the point is that Rihanna’s music gave me this certain confidence that no one else have to me. I was born in Jamaica but migrated to England from a very young age and at times I felt so out of touch with my culture, it was hard to have someone to look up someone that understood what it felt like being a young Caribbean girl where our accents are celebrated by some and mocked by others. Rihanna showed me that it was okay to be different and eventually I became comfortable with being me. I started dressing the way I wanted to dress, I didn’t dress to impress anyone or to fit in. I dressed to express me.

Do you consider Rihanna a ”role model”? Has she ever taught you anything or motivated/inspired you?
When Rihanna started doing hair colors that inspired me to take a leap and start doing it too. Some people used to call me Rihanna because everything I did was inspired by her. I used to get so sad over boys not liking me back or boys taking the piss out of me but Rihanna’s music just gave me confidence boost and reminded me that I was the shit! Literally, whenever I feel down I just listen to her songs and it humbles me. I went through a bad breakup in December and hands down ”Needed me, Love on the brain” healed me in ways I cannot explain. Sometimes I still get sad over the situation but when I listen to Needed me especially it just reminds me that I am better than what my past was. It reminds me that I don’t need anyone and that they need me.

Rihanna is my role mode honestly, she’s so carefree and so caring, the fact that she’s an island girl just like me warms my heart. Rihanna doesn’t do anything to fit in. She likes to be different and that reflects back to me honestly because if you pay close attention to her career over the years, how can you NOT admire her? A woman that’s taken so many risks that others are scared to take because it’s not society’s ”norm”. That’s why Rihanna’s fandom has grown so much over the years. All her albums show her growth as a woman, as an artist. The pop, the reggae, the rock, the r&b. I love it. It inspires me to do and be better than what is expected of me. Her empowering black women touches me. People always have so many negatives things to say about her, but she’s never let that phase her or stop her from doing what she’s destined to do and that’s why I fight as hard as I do today despite what others say. I’ll never put anyone above her, literally. My own family can’t say anything bad about her or I get upset. I loveeeeeeee Robyn! I’ve been with her from the start and always going to be here.

Where do you see yourself in the future? What’s the dream job and will you still stan for Rih?
My dream job is to be a writer. I’ve written a book and when I first wrote it which you can find on wattpad the characters were white, at first it wasn’t something I thought about deeply but then I sat down and reflected on myself and saw the error in what I was doing. I’m a black Jamaican female. Yes I live in England and it’s a white man county but the struggles I’m writing about in my book… Depression, anxiety, self harm, I’m a black woman’s that’s gone through these things so why am I writing in the perspective of a white person? And so I stopped the publication of my book and decided to rewrite it. Because like Rihanna said blacks we are magic!! And I want to do something that she and other black girls can be proud of me for. I wanna be the Rihanna in writing!!! And of course I’ll always Stan her! That’s my queeeen! Even on my wedding day imma let my husband know that he don’t compare to ha and he better respect it.
